Children's photos and data protection
A team book is all about photos and personal answers, often from children. Here's what happens to that data. For parents, coaches and clubs.
What we use photos and answers for
Only to design and print your book. We don't use the photos for anything else, not for advertising, and we don't pass them on to third parties. The rights to your photos stay with you.
Who processes the data
- Questionnaire: answers are collected with the form service Fillout.
- Design: we edit images and layouts on the design platform Canva.
- Communication: the contact person receives links and updates via WhatsApp.
- Website and enquiries: hosted in Germany by Mittwald.

Parental consent
For children, the parents fill in the questionnaire. That way they decide for themselves which answers about their child go into the book. We sort out consent together as part of the process.
Deletion on request
You can ask us to delete photos and answers at any time. A short email to info@flashbooks.org is all it takes.
