Frequently asked questions
Anything else? Email us at info@flashbooks.org.
How much does a Flashbook cost?
The price per book depends on how many teams from your club order together: €24.90 for 1 to 2 teams, €22.90 from 3 teams and €19.90 from 5 teams, each including design, printing and shipping to Germany and Austria.
How many people and books do you need?
The book includes at least 8 and at most 42 people. Each order is for at least 10 books. Not everyone in the book has to buy a copy themselves.
What happens if 30 children fill in the questionnaire but only 20 books are paid for?
No problem: all 30 go into the book, and the 20 books ordered are printed and delivered. Not everyone in the book has to buy a copy; each order just needs to be at least 10 books. Important: we only print once everyone who ordered a book has paid.
Does the coach have to pay for everything up front?
No. If you like, each person pays for their own book via their own payment link. Alternatively, the team manager pays a single invoice within 14 days. We print as soon as everyone who ordered has paid.
How long does it take until we have the books?
5 to 7 working days after everyone in the book has submitted their questionnaire and everyone who ordered has paid. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday we send you a WhatsApp update on who is still missing.
What are the sponsor pages?
The first double-page spread has room for up to two logos, for example from your shirt sponsor or a company supporting the book for your team.
What should the player photos look like?
A recent smartphone is all you need. Photograph everyone against the same plain background with even lighting, without portrait mode and without zoom. Head, arms and at least half of the shorts must be fully in the frame.
What happens to the children's photos?
We use photos and answers only to design your book. We don't pass them on and don't use them for advertising. You'll find all the details on our Children's photos and data protection page.
What language is the book in?
The book, questionnaire and WhatsApp support are currently in German. Would you like a book in another language or delivery outside Germany and Austria? Write to us and we'll happily send you a quote.
Can we cancel the order?
No. Every Flashbook is designed individually for your team, and we start on the layout straight after you order. That's why cancellation is not possible.
Hold on to what lasts
Every team goes its separate ways one day. With Flashbooks, your memories of this season stay.
